FLAG RUGBY SUMMER PROGRAM FOR 7-14 YEAR OLD GIRLS & BOYS
(Non contact version of rugby)
To build upon the growing foundation of youth rugby being created in our state and expand the exposure of the game both at a state and local level our governing body Rugby Washington have adopted the nationwide model of "Rookie Rugby" a program developed by USA Rugby. The concept is simple get younger boys and girls introduced to rugby albeit the non contact version of flag rugby.
Rainier Plateau Junior Rugby Club are excited to announce they will be running two programs in our area during the summer. We will offer two locations one in the Buckley area and one in the Bonney Lake area. The commitment would be for six weeks once a week for an hour and a half. Boys and girls ages 7-14 would be eligible to participate.
Coaches and players from the club will be introducing particpants to the fundamental skills of this fast paced and exciting game that promotes teamwork and having fun in a non competitive environment that will enhance self confidence and physical fitness.

WHEN: Tuesday evenings 6.30-8pm
DATES: 7/ 6, 13, 20, 27 & 8/3 & 10
WHERE: White River Alternative School (Formerly W. River Middle School)
COST
$30 - Includes registartion fee with USA Rugby for Liability Insurance
